As a health professional, you are responsible for professional and needs-oriented care and support of our residents. For this position, we value a cheerful personality who gladly takes on personal responsibility. In a small and manageable team, you actively participate as a key contact person in the care process. You support and promote the residents based on professional and human competence. You gladly take on daily responsibility and jointly shape the daily routine with the team and the residents. Good and competent collaboration with specialist agencies, doctors, and other internal departments is a matter of course for you and simply part of the role.
This position is aimed at a health professional with a vocational certificate who has experience in gerontopsychiatry and/or the dementia field. As a «creative mind», you seek solutions even in a demanding and non-routine setting that focus on the quality of life of our residents.You possess solid knowledge in the care and support of people with cognitive impairments, are familiar with the BESA system and ideally also with our care documentation system easyDOK. You speak good German and can use common computer programmes.
