We have been a trading and plastics processing family business for over 50 years, manufacturing thermoformed parts which are then further processed in CNC production and rework. Our products or entire assemblies are produced for many different industries, including aviation, medicine, vehicle construction, lighting, advertising, and more. Our trading department sells products for the construction industry throughout Switzerland. Clerk / In AVOR 80-100% - Permanent Position (m/f/d)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Processing incoming orders for planning
• Creating production documents (order sheets and parts lists)
• Coordinating purchased parts with purchasing
• Ordering and coordinating painting orders
• Production planning with our PPS system
• Contacts with customers and suppliers
• General correspondence and administrative tasks

Your Profile :

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training or experience in a comparable function
• Confident computer skills and very good MS Office knowledge
• Proficient in German language, both written and spoken
• Good imagination, a networked way of thinking as well as independent and efficient working style
• Customer-oriented or service-oriented person with a courteous and open character
• Interest in the technology and aviation industry
• You enjoy working in a young team
• A hectic and varied working day is fun for you; overtime is also no problem.
