The company employs several dozen staff and is in an exciting phase of further development. To strengthen the team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual as:

Head of Maintenance and Building 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Strategic and operational management of maintenance and building management
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance, repair and modernisation measures
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, standards and occupational safety regulations
• Responsibility for budget planning and cost control in maintenance and facility management
• Selection, management and supervision of external service providers (e.g. maintenance companies, craftsmen, cleaning services)
• Energy management and optimisation of resource use
• Documentation and reporting (e.g. maintenance plans, inspection reports, energy consumption data etc.)
• Participation in construction projects and site developments
• Leadership and development of subordinate employees

Your profile

• Completed technical apprenticeship with further training as maintenance specialist, maintenance manager (HFP) or master/technician training with relevant professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in technical maintenance/building management, ideally with leadership responsibility
• Knowledge of plastics processing or recycling is an advantage
• Good knowledge of relevant regulations
• Experience with software applications such as IQ-Soft, Abacus, CAD and MS Office
• Organisational skills, assertiveness and economic thinking
• Resilience and willingness to work in emergencies and outside regular working hours if required
• Fluent German language skills, spoken and written
