You will actively participate in all positions in the kitchen during the three-year apprenticeship and get to know all areas of the restaurant (half/full board, à la carte, buffet, and small banquets). You will attend vocational school once a week.

You will always work in a continuous shift (without breaks), often on weekends, and have working hours until 9:00 PM.

We expect

completed school education
team spirit and enjoyment of working in a brigade of about 15 people
joy and interest in handling food
very good German language skills
