The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our homes. Deputy Team Leader Care and Nursing 80 - 100 %
The Haus Park is nestled in the beautiful Heinrichsbadpark and comprises three residential groups. We are looking for reinforcement for a residential group with around 30 residents on two floors. The natural surroundings and the family atmosphere make this location a special place to live and work.

Your demanding and varied tasks:
- You are part of a committed management team and, together with the team leader, responsible for the leadership and organisation of a team of around 15 employees.
- Together you create an atmosphere in which our residents feel safe, welcome and at home. Regular exchange with relatives is a matter of course for you.
- You are close to the team, accompany the daily care routine, regularly take on the daily responsibility and naturally help out when support is needed.
- Your ideas are in demand: you actively shape the future of our family-like residential area and set impulses for high-quality care.
- If you enjoy passing on your knowledge, there is the possibility, depending on interest and suitability, to take on the role of vocational trainer and accompany apprentices on their career path.
Our requirements:
- You have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF, long-term care and support specialist, health specialist or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
- You have solid experience in long-term care and documentation in RAI soft Net is a matter of course for you in your professional daily routine.
- Very good German skills C1 and proficient use of Outlook complete your profile.
- You have gained initial leadership experience and want to further develop your leadership role.
- You act independently, responsibly and keep a cool head even in lively situations.
- You appreciate working with elderly people, are a true team player and meet others with openness, respect and warmth.
