■ Your task is the conceptual preparation and execution of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) & EC Payroll consulting projects.

■ You analyze and design efficient processes in Employee Central and are responsible for the technical implementation.

■ With your expertise in SAP HCM personnel administration and Swiss payroll, combined with SuccessFactors know-how, you quickly take on project and application responsibility.

■ Your commitment is required in the independent execution of training for customers and interested parties.

■ You develop existing customer relationships and build new ones.

■ Ideally, you have know-how in leading and organizing (sub-)projects.

■ In addition to a pronounced communication ability in German, you also have a high social competence.

■ You think in a business-oriented and customer-focused way.
