The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative day nurseries.
Employee Specialist Area Facility Maintenance 80%
Our facility maintenance team ensures a functioning infrastructure daily. Are you a responsible individual who combines expertise with social commitment? From 1 February 2027, a position will become available with us.
HOW?
- You carry out craft assignments and repairs in daily business and ensure the procurement of operating materials and spare parts.
- You are responsible for monitoring, controlling, maintenance, repairs of properties, movables, vehicles and surroundings.
- You ensure that the building services systems are operated in an energy-efficient manner.
- You provide instructions for properties, movables, vehicles and aids.
- You act as an internal specialist advisor on technical matters.
- You support and promote employees with disabilities.
WHY YOU?
- Because you have training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma and several years of professional experience in building maintenance.
- Because you hold a category B driving licence.
- Because you are willing to perform on-call duty (approx. 11 weeks per year).
- Because you have very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1).
- Because you have good user knowledge of common MS Office programmes.
- Because you have high social competence and enjoy working with people with disabilities.
