Are you passionate about technology? At ISS you keep modern buildings running. As a building technician, you ensure that HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical) always function perfectly – for more comfort, safety and efficiency.

What to expect

• Operation and monitoring of technical systems
• Carrying out control and inspection rounds on technical systems as well as in the buildings
• Documenting defects and carrying out necessary measures to remedy defects
• Planning and performing required inspections on technical systems
• Creating, maintaining and updating building and system documentation
• Performing first interventions and fault analyses
• Obtaining quotes from third parties and accompanying them

What you bring

• Completed apprenticeship in the field of technology
• Residence permit Art. 15 NIV is an advantage
• Professional experience in a similar role in a demanding customer segment
• Solid IT user skills
• Flexibility and resilience with good organisational skills
• Willingness to be on call
• Driving licence (category B) is mandatory
