To strengthen our team, we are immediately seeking an initiative and reliable personality as Project Manager Building Services (80 - 100%).

What you will achieve

• Managing projects in the field of building services, including:

  • Calculation and preparation of quotations

  • Implementation of the project from A to Z

  • Central contact person for questions regarding the project

  • Responsibility for deadlines, costs and quality

• Creating and implementing energy concepts, feasibility studies and preliminary projects

• Energy consulting in the field of renewable energies and innovative buildings

• Planning, design, implementation and commissioning of building services systems (e.g. heat generation, cooling generation, ventilation)

• Client support in the field of renewable energy

• Implementation of operational optimisations

What you bring

• You have completed further training (HF, BSc or similar) in the field of building services or HVAC or energy

• You bring several years of relevant professional experience and experience in the field of renewable energy

• Experience in client support is an advantage

• You have a strong customer orientation and understand how to communicate appropriately for the target group.

• You work proactively, independently and precisely

• You manage to keep an overview even with larger projects

• You have confident German language skills
