Your Challenge:

• You will carry out exciting tasks in our modern Plant 7 on processing, packaging, and portioning systems. These systems execute a variety of production orders in the area of sandwich and canapé manufacturing.
• As a leader of up to 12 employees, you take responsibility for the organisation, coordination, product quality, and management of the respective production line.
• You actively contribute to the optimisation of workflows, production processes, production programmes, and personnel deployment planning.
• You work hands-on on the line and actively support your team in production.
• You operate and monitor our systems and machines and independently resolve minor malfunctions.
• You ensure compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations and professionally introduce new employees to their tasks.

Your Profile:

• You have already gained experience in an industrial company (preferably in the food industry as a cook, baker, meat specialist, or cheesemaker).
• You are technically skilled and have a flair for machines.
• You are a team player and maintain good relations with your colleagues.
• You are flexible, mobile, and have no problem with an early start to work.
• You have solid German language skills.
• As a leader, you are communicative and assertive.
• Physical work in a cooler environment does not bother you.
