About us

Tasks

• Developing concepts and offers
• Designing stamping and bending tools, progressive die tools, as well as prototype tools, insertion tools, measuring devices and control gauges
• Repairs, improvements and modifications of existing tools
• Project management for new tools
• Creating detailed drawings and parts lists
• Purchasing tools, standard parts and replacement materials
• Technical support for toolmaking and production
• Project support during manufacturing and sampling / series readiness
• Monitoring deadlines and adherence to schedules

Profile

• Completed vocational training as a designer / or vocational training as a polymechanic or toolmaker with further education as a technician HF mechanical engineering
• Solid user knowledge of a 3D CAD system (ideally TopSolid)
• Sound expertise and preferably experience as a polymechanic or toolmaker in the field of stamping and forming
• Independent, reliable and precise working style
• Responsible, team-oriented and motivated personality
