- you flexibly support the residential groups during staff shortages and contribute where short-term help is needed
- you contribute to stability in care and accompany our residents in everyday life
- you work in different residential groups
- you bring your expertise and empathy into a committed interdisciplinary team
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- you have completed training as a health professional, care professional, or have several years of experience in this field
- you are flexible, patient, resilient, and have a keen sense of observation
- you enjoy working in a team and caring for people with disabilities
- you are empathetic and have pronounced professional, social, and methodological skills
- you like to adapt to different situations
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
- you receive your duty roster 2–3 months in advance, with your wishes taken into account

- fixed working hours (early/late/partial shifts, also hourly wage on request)

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT US
The Scalottas Foundation in Scharans is located in the sunny Domleschg, 25 km from Chur. The beautifully situated competence center with views of the Heinzenberg and Piz Beverin offers 12 children and 73 adults with disabilities care and support tailored to their needs, schooling, employment, therapy, and living spaces.
