Looking for an early-professional level Admin with excellent organisational skills, good attention to detail and strong communication skills with experience in event management.
Job description:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the FSB Secretariat.
- Coordinate the arrangements for internal and external FSB meetings and events (including, for some meetings, on-site at the external location). Liaising with Meeting Services and the host authority.
- Format and proof-read reports and FSB documents based on guidelines. Ensure appropriate distribution. Respond to general e-mail queries and forward as necessary to other members of the Secretariat.
- Organise business trips for Secretariat members and arrange appointments. Compile and check all travel-related documentation. Complete expense claims for Finance.
- Arrange appointments for members of the Secretariat. Maintain a chronological file in which relevant documents for forthcoming appointments are kept.
- Use standard Microsoft Office software and SharePoint.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles, preferably in an international or financial organization.
- Event/meeting coordination, mostly in-person meetings (internal and external) with international stakeholders at different seniority levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
