To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a dipl. architect (80-100%) for the planning of feasibility studies as well as strategic real estate projects.

With our dynamic team of 30 creative minds, we develop, plan and realize projects in the areas of living, working and services. The focus is on striving for clear ideas, aesthetic design and competent implementation. Respectful interaction with the existing environment is characteristic of us. Our clients include both private and public builders. In addition, we invest in our own projects with the partner company Alta Vista AG.

Your challenges with us:

• Development of development and utilization plans as well as feasibility studies
• Conceptual and strategic planning of real estate projects
• Conducting location analyses and evaluation of real estate potentials
• Concept work with sophisticated presentation in text, graphics and images
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards
• Collaboration with various specialist departments and external partners
• Confident and professional presentation of project progress to the client on site (Western Switzerland)
• Project processing while maintaining high confidentiality

Your profile:

• Degree as Master Architect
• Extensive project experience in Switzerland in the field of strategic real estate projects
• You convince with an analytical and interdisciplinary way of thinking
• Your strengths lie in networking complex contexts
• Extensive expertise and application experience in ArchiCAD as well as Adobe programs
• Professional work with Mac
• Native German and/or French speaker with very good knowledge of the second language
