Your tasks:
- Coordination and supervision of a team of technicians responsible for the maintenance of technical installations
- Planning of preventive and corrective maintenance work
- Ticket management
- Resolution of complex technical problems
- Monitoring of work mandated to external service providers
- Updating operating files, intervention and operation reports
- Administrative management and preparation of technical offers
- Participation in internal/client meetings
- Management of renovation and improvement projects
- Monitoring employee training
Your profile:
- Federal VET Diploma in building technical maintenance or equivalent
- NH3 knowledge is a plus
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Team management and supervision skills
- Very good experience in administrative and technical site management
- Mastery of French, English is a plus
- Proficiency in common IT tools
- Strong customer orientation and proactive approach
- Leadership and communication skills
