Technical Group Leader Civil Engineering and Road Construction
Your Contribution with Us
- You have completed basic training in construction as well as further training as a certified construction supervisor, engineer or an equivalent qualification
- You bring several years of experience as a construction supervisor in civil and road construction
- You have leadership experience and specifically develop employees further
- You present yourself convincingly and conduct negotiations confidently
- You work customer-oriented and build long-term business relationships
- You have very good MS Office skills, experience with RIB iTWO is an advantage
- You act entrepreneurially, goal-oriented and independently
- You convince with assertiveness, negotiation skills and decisiveness
- You work reliably, solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team

- You lead the construction business in the region and work closely with all relevant stakeholders
- You develop the vision and strategy of the branch together with your team and implement it consistently
- You bear responsibility for the performance and results of the branch
- You lead and develop the employees of the branch
- You acquire construction contracts and look after customers in coordination with the department management
- You lead and support the operational teams in construction execution and ensure an economical, timely and quality-compliant implementation of construction projects
- You conclude subcontractor contracts in coordination with the department management
- You conduct negotiations with clients on construction execution issues, changes and extensions of construction contracts as well as on additional claims
- You control construction processes and site results
- You are responsible for work preparation and site organisation
- You ensure compliance with cost, schedule and quality targets
