- Good interpersonal skills with the sisters and guests.
- Fluency in Italian and German, both spoken and written.

About the job
Casa Sant’Agnese is a small family-run facility with eight nuns, open to welcoming guests. It is located near Muralto / Locarno and is an external branch of the Ingenbohl monastery, part of an international religious community. With great commitment and care, the domestic economy team looks after the well-being of the nuns and guests in this special and peaceful environment.
To strengthen our team, we are looking, with immediate effect or by agreement, for a responsible, autonomous, and motivated person as Kitchen / Domestic Economy / Service Assistant 50%.
Tasks
- Preparation of meals for the small community of nuns and for external guests
- Service in the dining room
- Carrying out all cleaning activities in the kitchen, common areas, and guest house
- Performing various tasks in the dishwashing area
- Collaboration in general domestic economy activities
Requirements
- Several years of experience in kitchen and domestic economy
- Enjoyment and sensitivity in relating to the nuns, as you will be working in their home
- Openness, team spirit, reliability, and discretion
- Good knowledge of Italian and German, both spoken and written
- Clean and precise working method
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts and on weekends
