About the job

During your training, you will go through six different departments at our locations in Aarau and Turgi. You will get to know various commercial areas, take on varied tasks, and gain a comprehensive insight into the diverse working world of AEW. If interested and with the appropriate school qualifications, you can complete the vocational baccalaureate (BM1).

• You will independently create letters, minutes, reports, and contracts, learning about the versatile commercial processes at AEW.
• You will order materials from our suppliers, compare offers, and ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time.
• You will carefully prepare invoices, post bank receipts, and gain exciting insights into our financial world.
• You will be in contact with various contacts by phone and email and assist with questions in a friendly and competent manner.
• You will reliably organise appointments and administrative tasks and actively support our teams in their daily work.
• During your training, you will work in different departments and gradually take on more responsibility.

• Your school bag is filled with a district or secondary school leaving certificate and good grades in German, English, and mathematics.
• You enjoy working on the computer and want to continuously expand your knowledge of Word, Excel, and other digital tools.
• You are motivated to discover new things, ask questions, and want to understand how the different areas of a company interact.
• You enjoy contact with different people and present yourself openly and friendly even on the phone.
• Reliability, a quick grasp, and careful working methods characterise you.
• You enjoy communicating, can express yourself well orally and in writing, and like working in a team.
