Job Description

Focus on leadership and organisational tasks

• Overall responsibility for the housekeeping department
• Consistent staff management to create the best possible and personalised guest experience
• Quality and efficiency improvement through optimisation of processes, controls, and organisation using quality standards
• Ensuring economical and ecological use of materials
• Creating a motivated and efficient working atmosphere, including promoting team spirit and staff expertise

Qualifications

• Completed training as a domestic management specialist with leadership experience
• Very good German and English skills
• Organisational talent with a strong service and host mentality
• Entrepreneurial thinking and affinity for numbers
• Consistent leader with high social competence and communication skills
• Resilient and flexible
