Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Production Experience

Tasks

CNC and conventional turning and milling of individual parts
Independent setup, equipping, and programming of CNC machines
Optimising and adjusting existing programmes
Conducting quality controls and documenting measurement results
Maintaining and servicing machines as well as work and measuring equipment
Assisting with general workshop tasks
Active thinking and participation in the optimisation of processes

Requirements

Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or Production Mechanic EFZ
Experience in conventional manufacturing as well as CNC machining
Knowledge of CNC programming
Ideally experience with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls
Independent, precise, and quality-conscious working style
Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented personality
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Enjoyment of a versatile role in a production environment
