What you can achieve
- As a project manager/customer service, you are responsible for the successful planning and implementation of smaller projects in the field of ballistic protection systems for armoured vehicles
- You coordinate interdisciplinary teams and manage projects from technical conception through development to series production
- You work on innovative passive protection solutions against a wide range of known threats in symmetrical and asymmetrical operational environments
- Independent management of customer service including repair processing and spare parts management
- With your technical understanding and structured way of working, you make a decisive contribution to the development of powerful and reliable protection systems for demanding operational scenarios
What you bring with you
- Completed technical training, ideally with further training in project management or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in project management, technical order processing or customer service
- Technical understanding and interest in mechanical, technical or vehicle-related systems
- Ability to independently plan, coordinate and successfully complete smaller technical projects
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as solution-oriented handling of technical enquiries and willingness to familiarise yourself with new technical topics and products
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Good organisational skills as well as a pragmatic personality with strong communication skills and a high team spirit
- Structured, independent and reliable way of working, combined with a strong sense of responsibility
- Fluent German and good English skills (level B2)
