Apprentice Commercial Clerk with Federal VET Diploma
As a commercial clerk in the construction and housing sector, you take on a pivotal role with planners, manufacturing companies, trading, structural and civil engineering firms, and other executing businesses in the construction industry. There, you prepare sales documents and quotations, advise customers, organise the delivery of goods or products, and prepare invoices. In the purchasing and procurement department, you liaise with producers and suppliers. In the international departments, your enthusiasm for foreign languages facilitates dealing with customers. In accounting, you are responsible for correctly posting documents and managing payment transactions. Additionally, your duties include archiving data and documents, gathering information, and handling tasks within your area of responsibility.
What you bring
- Completion of district school or secondary school with very good grades, or qualification for a second educational pathway
- Enjoyment of languages (German, English and French)
- A flair for numbers and logical connections (good grade in mathematics)
- Enthusiasm for new things and a quick grasp
- Responsible and service-oriented behaviour
- Team spirit and pleasant manners (social and self-competence report: good to very good)
