Your tasks:

• Professional, individual care and support of residents during the night
• Early recognition and action in case of changes in health status
• Close collaboration with the team
• Co-responsibility for a calm, safe and professional night shift atmosphere
• Ensuring seamless information flow between night and day shifts

Your profile:

• You have a qualification as a certified nurse and several years of professional experience in long-term care.
• Experience in night shift work is an advantage, and you are willing and medically suitable to work at night.
• You are communicative, responsible, resilient and a team player.
• For nurses from abroad, good written and spoken German skills as well as experience in long-term care are essential.
