Trainee IT Recruiting (a) 80-100% [Ref:2244]

• Recruitment of ICT profiles 
• Creation of job advertisements and active search for the required profiles 
• Acquisition of new candidates and use of social media channels for candidate acquisition 
• Pre-selection of applications, conducting interviews and discussing candidates with the project manager 
• Maintenance of the database and preparation of candidate dossiers 
• Support within the team in building and managing the candidate pool 
• Various administrative tasks related to the recruitment process

• Completed commercial training or university graduates (also part-time graduates) 
• Interest in IT personnel recruitment is essential 
• Solid MS Office skills Communicative, responsible, open personality with good manners and professional appearance 
• Enjoyment of success and working with people 
• Ability to organise and prioritise, both independently and in a team 
• Quick comprehension, high motivation, commitment and willingness to perform 
• German language skills at level C2 as well as French language skills at least level B2 are essential
