TEAM LEADER LOGISTICS 80-100% (M/F)

YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Professional and personnel management of the warehouse team and two apprentices, including support in their professional development
• Preparing and conducting team shopfloor meetings
• Ensuring efficient planning and control of all warehouse processes to guarantee timely and high-quality order fulfilment
• Identifying improvement potentials and implementing projects for continuous optimisation of warehouse operations
• Planning and conducting inventory as well as analysing and documenting the results

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ, further training as a logistics expert and possession of the Swiss recognised trainer course
• Several years of experience in logistics in an industrial environment
• Comprehensive understanding of logistical contexts and processes as well as process-oriented and cross-departmental thinking and acting
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Power BI, Excel and Outlook; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• High degree of independence, strong social skills, reliability and a strong team orientation
