For our client, we are looking for a committed, strong leader with a digital affinity as a Team Leader in Fiduciary Services at Expert Level

Type of Work

• Team leadership and development: You lead a small team, foster their professional and personal development, and create a motivating work environment
• Professional responsibility: You support your team with demanding issues, ensure the quality of work results, and are a competent contact person for technical questions
• Mandate management: You comprehensively manage your own client mandates and advise your clients on fiduciary and business management matters
• Preparation of financial statements and consulting: You accompany annual and interim financial statements, tax returns, and other fiduciary services and support complex matters
• Maintaining and expanding client relationships: You recognise client needs, develop suitable solutions, and actively contribute to long-term client retention
• Optimising processes and driving digitalisation: You question existing procedures, utilise digital opportunities, and advocate for efficient, future-oriented work processes
• Taking responsibility: You coordinate task allocation, keep an eye on deadlines and resources, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Thinking entrepreneurially: You contribute your own ideas, identify development potentials, and actively participate in the further development of the fiduciary sector

Requirements Profile

You are a personality who combines professional strength with empathy and assertiveness.

• You bring several years of experience in fiduciary services and corresponding professional training (expert diploma)
• You already have leadership experience and know how to motivate, develop, and lead a small team
• You have the professional confidence to competently support employees and maintain an overview even with demanding issues
• You enjoy working digitally, think in solutions, and take pleasure in continuously improving processes
• You communicate clearly, act responsibly, and convince with your empathetic, client-oriented, and entrepreneurial manner
