We are looking for an international and very successful trading company with about 100 employees, active in online trade, a proactive and service-oriented personality

Tasks:

• Your area of responsibility: You competently handle telephone as well as written enquiries from our customers about products in larger quantities, procure special items and are involved in customer projects.
• You independently manage customer orders including the entire order processing and calculation, prepare offers and follow up independently with our customers.
• In close contact with our product managers in the UK, you ensure that the items requested by our customers are available in sufficient quantities.
• In short: Together with your corresponding colleague from the field service, you ensure that our customers are fully satisfied and their needs can be met.

Requirements:

• Your personality: You have a commercial basic education combined with solid SAP and MS Office knowledge.
• Your German skills are impeccable and you can also communicate in French and English.
• You have a flair for skilful customer conversations and enjoy making the impossible possible for our customers.
• You are a pragmatic team player who enjoys their task and has a pronounced quality mindset.
• You appreciate a dynamic environment and even in hectic times you always keep an overview, gladly willing to go the extra mile if necessary.
