To support our team, we are looking for an intern with a customer- and solution-oriented personality to actively assist our well-coordinated debt collection team in handling outstanding receivables. You can expect a challenging role with variety and the possibility to work hybrid. During your one-year internship, you will gain comprehensive insights into the activities surrounding the leasing business of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services.

Your tasks:

• General administrative tasks in daily business
• Written and telephone customer contact in German - French and/or Italian are advantageous
• Handling customer inquiries regarding payments and outstanding receivables
• Creating and monitoring payment agreements
• Conducting research and clarifications of debt collection cases
• Collaboration with external service providers to secure vehicles
• Evaluation of lists and reports

Your profile:

• You have completed commercial training (EFZ) or possess a comparable qualification
• You are interested in financial and economic topics
• You enjoy customer contact as well as administrative and organisational tasks
• You communicate in a friendly, professional, and audience-appropriate manner
• You work carefully, reliably, and responsibly
• You are team-oriented, eager to learn, and show initiative
• You have good MS Office skills
• You are proficient in German; French and/or Italian are a plus

The annual salary at 100% is between 30,000 and 36,000 Swiss francs.
