Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing with Development Opportunities

• Independently programme, set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines
• Create CNC programmes with Mastercam or directly on the machine
• Manufacture individual parts as well as small and medium series
• Carry out quality control of the workpieces and maintain the corresponding documentation
• Maintain and service machines, tools and testing equipment

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic with a focus on turning and milling
• Practical experience with CNC milling machines (3- and 4-axis) and CNC turning machines
• Basic knowledge of Fanuc and Heidenhain controls as well as experience with machines from the brands Hedelius, Victor, Roku and Takisawa
• Reliable and precise working method combined with efficient work pace
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as independent and networked thinking
