Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Development Opportunities

Activities

Independently programme, set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines
Create CNC programmes with Mastercam or directly on the machine
Manufacture individual parts as well as small and medium series
Carry out quality control of the workpieces and maintain the corresponding documentation
Maintain and service machines, tools and testing equipment

Requirements

Completed vocational training as a polymechanic with a focus on turning and milling
Practical experience with CNC milling machines (3- and 4-axis) and CNC turning machines
Basic knowledge of Fanuc and Heidenhain controls as well as experience with machines from the brands Hedelius, Victor, Roku and Takisawa
Reliable and precise working method combined with efficient work pace
Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as independent and networked thinking
