Your tasks
As part of the further development of our service activities, we are looking for a Service Team Leader for Western Switzerland. This position is aimed at a technically skilled professional who wants to develop into a role combining operational fieldwork and team coordination. You will play a central role in the smooth running of service activities and ensure both technical quality and efficient organization.
Main tasks: - Coordination of service technician deployments in Western Switzerland - Support with specific technical field assignments - Accompanying and supporting technicians in daily work - Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction - Contact person for selected key customers - Close cooperation with internal teams
Your profile
- Technical training (e.g., electromechanics, maintenance) - Several years of experience in technical field service - Initial experience or interest in team coordination - Good organizational skills and prioritization - Team-oriented, independent, and customer-focused - Pragmatic and solution-oriented working style - Fluent in French - Good German skills (B1–B2) - English is an advantage
