Provide administrative and project support to the Kudelski Group’s Legal department. Coordinate approvals and signatures of commercial contracts and assist lawyers and paralegals with contract management and corporate governance. Support patent and trademark activities, including the Inventor Recognition Program, Patent Committee meetings and IP database upkeep. Support the General Counsel with budgets and invoice tracking.
