About the job
What you can achieve
- Operate and monitor our modern UHT filling plant as well as the secondary packaging and contribute to turning a new plant into a real success story.
- Bring in your ideas, identify improvement potentials and actively participate in continuously developing processes, workflows and settings.
- Ensure that our high quality standards are always met through regular product and packaging inspections.
- Support your team during malfunctions, analyse causes and help establish and advance sustainable solutions for stable plant operation.
- Take on cleaning, maintenance and inspection tasks and ensure that our plant is always ready for operation.
What you bring with you
- You have completed vocational training as a plant operator EFZ and have several years of experience in an industrial production environment, ideally in the food industry.
- Flexibility is a matter of course for you and you are willing to work in a 4-shift system.
- You are passionate about technology and enjoy not only operating machines but continuously optimising them together with the team.
- You tackle challenges with a solution-oriented and positive attitude and keep an overview even when everything is not yet perfectly coordinated.
- Good German skills, a high awareness of hygiene as well as a reliable and responsible way of working complete your profile.
