About the job
Become part of our marketing team in Zurich
Do you want to not only plan marketing projects but also drive them from the idea to measurable impact? In this role, you implement strategic goals in campaigns, promotions, and digital projects. You work closely with our restaurants, in-house creation, communications, and other partners – with a clear focus on delighted guests, guest retention, and economic impact.
Sounds like you? Then we look forward to your application.
Your tasks:
- You translate strategic guidelines into clear project goals, measures, milestones, and success metrics.
- You lead marketing projects and campaigns from conception and planning through implementation to success control and optimisation.
- You develop economically effective and scalable measures that strengthen frequency, turnover, and guest retention.
- You drive our loyalty programme strategically and operationally – from activating and retaining existing members to further developing the member base.
- You shape the digital guest journey across relevant touchpoints and consistently develop it further from the guest’s perspective.
- You manage timings, partial budgets, quality, and risks and ensure clear communication as well as complete project documentation.
- You design and realise promotions, events, and partnerships in close collaboration with our restaurants.
Your profile:
- Education or training in marketing, communications, business administration, or a comparable field.
- At least five years of experience in managing marketing projects and campaigns – from conception and organisation to controlling and optimisation; agency experience is a plus.
- Sound knowledge in CRM and loyalty management, ideally complemented by experience with website relaunches, digital platforms, and customer journeys.
- Strategic, analytical, and economic thinking as well as a feel for creative marketing and sales measures, ideally in the dynamic gastronomy, retail, or service environment.
- Confidence in handling budgets, key figures, reporting, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style, high implementation strength, and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration.
- Very good German; English and French are advantageous, as well as confident use of Microsoft 365 and AI tools.
- An engaged, energetic personality with high initiative and joy in taking responsibility and actively shaping things.
Three questions for you:
Instead of a cover letter, we ask you to answer the following three questions:
1. Tell us about a marketing project you led from idea to success control. What was your specific contribution, what challenges did you face, and what measurable impact were you able to achieve?
2. How would you further develop an existing loyalty programme to activate more guests, retain them long-term, and at the same time create economic added value?
3. Choose a detail that is typically tibits for you – something visible, audible, or experiential. Capture it in a picture, graphic, or sketch and describe what it says to you about tibits’ values and culture. Which of these values suit you personally – and how is this concretely demonstrated?
