We are looking for a person for the following position starting immediately or by arrangement:

Marketing Manager (100%)

Varied and exciting – the main tasks include:

• Day-to-day business & marketing projects: Daily handling of ongoing marketing tasks and independent takeover of sub-projects as a contribution to product launches, campaigns, events and PR activities
• Newsletter marketing: Planning, creation and sending of target group-specific newsletters with relevant content for all brands
• Websites & online shops: Support in building, implementing and ongoing maintenance
• Data analysis & performance tracking: Analysis of KPIs, web traffic and campaign successes including reporting and derivation of concrete optimisation measures
• Content creation: Development of target group-specific content (text, image, video) for various channels

Independent and team-oriented – you bring:

• Commercial training, further education in marketing/communication
• Professional experience in online/offline marketing
• Proficient use of Office 365 and various CMS
• Design know-how and creativity in content creation (texts, graphics, videos are an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
• Confident in German, knowledge of other national languages and English is a plus
• Structured, independent working style
• Organisational talent with strong implementation skills
• Efficient, reliable and solution-oriented personality with a pronounced "hands-on" mentality
• Enjoyment of a structured working environment with clear guidelines
