Our client, Dormet Dörfliger Metallwaren AG from the canton of Solothurn, has been shaping metal since 1960. For succession planning, we are looking for a new employee immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Technical and personnel management of approximately 20 people
• Responsible for efficient and economical production
• Capacity and resource planning as well as implementation of orders
• Responsible for quality and deadlines according to customer specifications
• Technical knowledge of Trumpf 6000 / or willingness to be trained
• Training of production staff
• Function as safety officer
• Deputy to the managing director
• Taking on special assignments from the management or chairman of the board/owner

Your profile:

We are looking for a committed and experienced production manager (m/f) with completed training in metal construction and further education as a technical merchant, business specialist or process specialist. You have leadership experience, a strong quality awareness and are proficient in handling QM systems. Thanks to your strong organisational skills and assertiveness, you take responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of our products.
