The Téléverbier Group offers its clients (1 million skier days/year) one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with its 38 facilities and slopes at 3300m altitude. During peak season, it employs nearly 500 collaborators.
An HR collaborator at 80-100%
To strengthen our team and support the development of our company, we are looking for:
Your missions:
🔥 Managing a high volume of employee files: creation, updating, archiving, monitoring deadlines.
📂 Ensuring smooth and efficient administrative management of the employee lifecycle (contracts, social insurances, withholding tax, etc.).
🌍 Monitoring and managing residence permits to ensure administrative compliance.

💰 Actively participating, with your team, in the complete management of salaries.
🩺 Managing sick leave and accidents: declarations, file follow-up, coordination with insurances, and updating HR data.
Your profile:
✔️ Training in HR: CFC commercial employee (or equivalent) + HR manager certificate.
✔️ Specialist diploma in Human Resources – an asset
✔️ Solid experience of at least 5 years in human resources, ideally in a seasonal or high-volume context.
✔️ Proficiency in office tools (MS Office) and Abacus HR software.
✔️ Organization and rigor under all circumstances, even during rush periods!
✔️ Writing skills and perfect command of French.
✔️ Team spirit, empathy, and excellent listening skills.
✔️ Dynamic, proactive personality always ready for new challenges!
