About the job
Casa Depuoz is a social institution for children, adolescents and young adults with special learning and care needs. In the field of integrative and separate special education, we are committed to our approximately 35 pupils aged 6 to 18 years. We accompany, support and care for them during this important phase of life.
For our recently opened primary school class on the premises of the regular school Tamins, we are looking for a special needs teacher with class teacher function (50-100% job sharing possible) to start immediately or by arrangement.
For this position, we are looking for an active, innovative and committed personality.
Your tasks:
- Primary school teaching taking into account the individual support goals of the children as well as the requirements of the cantonal special education law
- Development of support goals within the school and care team
- Accompanying, supporting and caring for the children in their educational, personal and social learning processes
- Active exchange with other teaching and care staff as well as with the legal guardians
- Preparation for and participation in events with the legal guardians
- Participation in coordination, team and information meetings
- Completion of administrative tasks in class and school management
- Participation in cross-class and cross-departmental activities of the institution
