Team Leader Property Management Basel & Laufen

To expand our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Team Leader Property Management, who leads small teams at the Basel & Laufen locations.

Your tasks

• Leadership and support of two small property management teams in Basel and Laufen
• Responsible for your own portfolio of rental properties and contact person for specific owner concerns
• Preparation of new mandates according to operational guidelines or support of the property manager in setting up new mandates
• Support in acquisition and quotation of new mandates
• Coordination and review of accounting closures and budget planning
• Handling of conciliation procedures and legal disputes (if necessary) with support from external specialists
