These are your tasks

• Leadership and coordination of the billing team as well as ensuring timely and customer-oriented processing
• Monitoring and processing of order control lists
• Solution-oriented handling of customer enquiries and complaints with prompt initial contact and swift resolution
• Competent and individual specialised support for potential customers
• Ensuring the complete and correct invoicing of all services provided
• Timely and reliable preparation of interim and final invoices
• Active participation in projects as well as contributing to the further development of our in-house billing software

• Leadership experience and enjoyment in motivating, developing employees and achieving goals together
• Basic technical understanding in the area of ZEV as well as knowledge in billing and metering
• Basic knowledge in accounts receivable and experience in the commercial management of properties
• High digital affinity and proficient use of ERP systems and MS Office
• Strong social skills and the ability to interact constructively and appreciatively with different personalities
• High sense of responsibility and quality awareness as well as a structured, independent and reliable working style
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (foreign language skills are an advantage)
