In the heart of the city of Zurich, the Residential Homes in Seefeld offer living and life space for adults
with cognitive or multiple impairments at various locations.

At the Ottenweg location, people live who require special care and basic nursing due to their degree of impairment and age. We are looking for a Care Specialist (80%) from September 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Accompanying, supporting and advising the residents in their daily lives
• Nursing activities
• Promoting the greatest possible independence and social skills
• Administrative tasks and maintaining external contacts
• If interested: taking on departmental responsibilities

Your profile:

• Experience working with people with multiple impairments
• Completed training as FABE/FAGE
• Ability to learn, manage conflicts and work in a team
• Organisational skills and independent working style
• Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
• Appreciative attitude, creativity, patience and humour
