We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our team and successfully manage demanding construction projects. Your tasks:

• Independent management of construction sites in the flat roof and plumbing sector
• Coordination and control of construction processes, trades and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality
• Preparation of quotations and measurements
• Contact person for clients, architects and authorities
• Compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience as a site manager in the flat roof/polybuilder and plumbing industry or in a comparable position
• Sound knowledge of construction processes, construction planning and building law
• Leadership skills and organisational talent
• Communication and assertiveness skills
• Driving licence class B
