This is what your day looks like
- At the heart of it: You are the first point of contact for answering complex performance questions in your assigned specialist area (pharmaceuticals or outpatient services).
- You are not only a technical contact person but also a source of ideas! You enjoy supporting exciting projects and advancing the interests of our department with constructive solutions in specialist meetings and working groups.
- Exchanging with various stakeholders and other specialist departments, such as performance review, purchasing, or management, enriches your daily work.
- Behind the scenes, you also keep the reins in your hands: You maintain and update our specialist databases with the utmost care.
- You carry out quality assurance together with your team colleagues with great commitment.
What you bring with you
- First and foremost: Your several years of professional experience in the performance area of a health insurance company serve as the foundation for this exciting role.
- Do you have a (para-)medical education or a commercial basic training with suitable further education? We are open to that.
- Do you have further training in social insurance or perhaps specifically in health insurance, or are you currently undergoing the relevant training? That would definitely be a plus!
- You express yourself well in German (spoken and written). Perhaps you even master French or Italian?
- Teamwork means not only collaboration but genuine togetherness for you. At the same time, you appreciate being able to act independently in your position.
