Fredi is the cult(ure) pub in Winterthur and part of the Casinotheater Winterthur. The nationally renowned theatre house combines gastronomy, theatre and events under one roof. With more than 250 theatre performances and 400 corporate and private events, the Casinotheater Winterthur is one of the leading cultural and event venues in the region. The restaurant Fredi is an à la carte restaurant with 90 to 160 seats (including terrace).

At Restaurant Fredi we are looking for a

SERVICE STAFF 80 - 100%

Your tasks

• Managing a service station, including welcoming & advising restaurant guests
• Recommending food and drinks as well as achieving additional sales
• Independent operation of the cash register system (Lightspeed) & daily personal accounting
• Daily mise en place & regular cleaning tasks according to deployment planning
• Possible occasional assignments at the bar and in banquet service

What you bring

• Training in gastronomy and good German language skills
• Experience in à la carte service
• Passion for your profession as a host with a good sense for guests
• You work goal-oriented, responsibly and appreciate good teamwork.
• You are flexible (opening hours Monday – Sunday, including room hour) and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
