Your tasks
- Expansion, maintenance and 360° advisory of the customer portfolio
- Sale of the entire range of products and services including cross-selling
- Systematic recording of needs and external potential
- Referral to internal specialist teams
- Acquisition of new customers
- Participation in customer events including network maintenance
What you bring
- Commercial basic training (banking or insurance sector)
- Completed bank-specific further training
- Professional experience as a personal customer advisor is required
- Proven experience in the financing sector, affinity for investment and pension topics
