Our client is an internationally active industrial company that develops, produces and installs innovative solutions. With its own production sites and a worldwide sales network, it serves customers in various markets. Quality, technical innovation and the continuous optimisation of production processes shape the company’s success.

Your Challenge
At the Swiss location, you will take overall operational responsibility for several production areas, purchasing and logistics. Together with around 80 employees, you ensure efficient, cost-conscious and punctual processes. You continuously develop processes and structures and drive productivity as well as cross-departmental collaboration.

Your Profile
You have a technical basic education in an industrial environment as well as further training at HF level or as a master craftsman in one of the areas of technology or production. Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing industrial company form the basis. You understand the entire industrial value chain and strive for operational excellence. You communicate fluently in German and English.
