Expected start date in position : 01.10.2025

Contract length : 1 year with a possible extension of up to 2 years, subject to the availability of funding 

Employment rate : 100%

Workplace : Agora/CHUV

Your responsibilities

• Modelling specificity in TCR/KIR interactions with peptide-MHC complexes


• Writing articles


• Presenting results internally and in conferences


• Teaching for the courses of Prof. Gfeller

Your qualifications

• PhD in math/physics/computer science/computational biology


• Programming skills


• Experience with analysis of protein sequences


• Experience with analysis of protein structures


• At least one first-author publications
