Contract length : 1 year with a possible extension of up to 2 years, subject to the availability of funding

Your responsibilities
- Modelling specificity in TCR/KIR interactions with peptide-MHC complexes
- Writing articles
- Presenting results internally and in conferences
- Teaching for the courses of Prof. Gfeller
Your qualifications
- PhD in math/physics/computer science/computational biology
- Programming skills
- Experience with analysis of protein sequences
- Experience with analysis of protein structures
- At least one first-author publications
