This task requires experience as a Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager / Sales Manager / Application Manager, preferably from the capital goods sector. You bring the talent of goal-oriented and winning communication. This enables you to pick up ideas and approaches from the respective stakeholders from the shop floor to the executive board level, in order to merge them profitably for all parties with your solution approaches.
- Completed studies, preferably in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar
- Further training in business administration
- Languages German, English each business fluent, any additional language an advantage
- High self-motivation and international willingness to travel, approx. 50%
In this exciting role, you are responsible for sales activities and business success in the hard metal customer segment in Europe. Building and maintaining active relationship management, thinking along, thinking ahead, and defining the optimal and future-oriented product portfolios and service packages with the customers is exactly your task.
- Europe-wide customer visits and coordination of sales for all hard metal products and services
- Development and implementation of growth strategies with customers in close cooperation with the team in Lyss
- Representation of Osterwalder AG at official events (trade fairs, conferences, etc.)
