About the job

Your challenge

• Responsibility for the entire lifecycle of a defined product portfolio in the field of building-integrated solar technology (BIPV), system solutions and complementary services
• Development and implementation of product and portfolio strategies taking into account market, customer and technology trends
• Identification of market opportunities and new application areas in sustainable construction, building envelope and renewable energies
• Conducting market, competitor and product analyses to derive product improvements and new developments
• Close cooperation with sales, engineering, marketing, purchasing as well as external partners, suppliers and customers
• Representation of market and customer requirements in development and innovation projects
• Participation in the development and implementation of market launch and marketing strategies
• Support in the creation of marketing and sales documents
• Conducting internal product training for sales and specialist departments
• Ongoing analysis of sales, revenue and market developments and derivation of appropriate measures
• Maintenance and further development of product-relevant master data in the ERP system
• Participation in pricing and positioning of the product portfolio
• Leadership and collaboration in projects for the further development of system and module solutions

Your profile

• Technical or commercial basic training
• Completed studies in engineering, business administration, energy technology, construction or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in product management, ideally in the areas of building products, building envelope, photovoltaics, energy technology or related B2B markets
• Understanding of product development processes and technical contexts
• Interest in energy transition, sustainable construction and renewable energies
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strategic thinking as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
• Fluent German and English skills
• French skills are an advantage, Italian welcome
