Mechanical Engineer Development & Project Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Professional development and design of innovative components, assemblies, and systems – with a focus on sheet metal constructions
- Management and coordination of development and customer projects (time, quality, cost)
- Creation of technical concepts, calculations, and design documents
- Close collaboration with production, purchasing, quality, sales, and external partners
- Responsibility for technical documentation and presentations to customers and stakeholders
- Support in industrialization, series production, and optimization of existing products
- Assumption of leadership roles in projects; deputy to the Head of Engineering if suitable
Your profile
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering (Master/FH) or higher technical education (HF), ideally complemented by business management training
- Several years of experience in design/development in mechanical or plant engineering
- Solid knowledge in sheet metal processing (laser cutting, bending, welding, surface treatment)
- Experience in project management, ideally with international reference
- Very good German and good English skills
- Strong communication skills, structured, solution-oriented, and team player
- Personal strengths include motivation and persuasiveness, as well as analytical and networked thinking
