Your Tasks

You support and accompany our residents
You design the activation offer for a residential area
You determine the needs, plan, implement and evaluate activating daily activities and activation therapy offers throughout the house
You assist in the planning and organization as well as the execution of activities, excursions and events
You accompany the residents in handicraft, manual and musical areas
You participate in the seasonal decoration in the activation area
You focus on the independence and self-determination of the residents and orient yourself according to their needs
You work with external partners

What You Bring

You have completed training as an activation specialist HF, specialist in activating care (FAB) or as a specialist for everyday design and activation or are willing to complete it
Good oral and written German skills
You have a responsible and independent working style as well as joy in diverse challenges
You have experience and enjoy working with people
You have high social competence and flexibility as well as a warm and humorous basic attitude
